Who Do I Help?
OK, so that’s pretty broad.
We all have different stuff going on in our lives, different past experiences, different things that affects us, and different ways of coping with it. ‘Behaviour’ is generally just a coping mechanism for suppressed emotions.
Basically I help anyone who is fed up, who has had enough of living the way they are doing, who wants to stop going round in circles and actually feel happy, peaceful, fulfilled. According to their own rules, not some societal bullshit or their past conditioning.
I help people who struggle to be a human being on this planet, who just find life HARD. Yes, I know what that’s like, I used to be one of them. And ashamed of it. You don’t need to be ashamed with me. We are all on a journey, that’s all.
